We were contacted by Rockerz with the need for an upgraded brand wrap design for their trailers and trucks. We worked closely with the client on timing so the vehicles were wrapped when they were out of service – closely adhering to their flooring production schedule. Wraps were produced with high quality vinyl (3M IJ180 CV3) and 3M luster laminate. Newly designed full wraps were applied to a 24-foot long 2017 Car Mate Trailer and a 2017 Lark Trailer. Also, a Ford F350 extended cab was updated with the removal of an existing wrap and placement of a newly designed full wrap. The challenge with the Ford was the truck was damaged in Arizona. We printed and shipped the vinyl to a partner firm in Phoenix that wrapped the truck to the satisfaction of our client in both Arizona and Pennsylvania.
We have extensive experience in design, vinyl and laminate selection and installation, and we managed the project to ensure appropriate timing for having the vinyl ready when the vehicles were ‘off duty,’ including picking up the vehicles and returning them in an expeditious manner.
