Mitsubishi Electric Uninterruptible Power Supplies has its corporate headquarters in Cranberry Township. Mitsubishi’s advanced battery storage systems solidify the company’s status as a thought leader in its niche. When the firm’s management team wanted dimensional office wall displays and murals in Cranberry Township, PA, they connected with Hyperion Studios.
Inimitable Artwork Creates Stunning Dimensional Wall Mural Setup
In turn, Hyperion Studios reached out to Spark Signs & Graphics for turning the project into a reality. In fact, we started this process in 2019 with an initial meeting and site survey. However, COVID-19 forced all operations to come to a standstill. With the gradual reopening of local companies, we were able to resume activities in early 2021.
Our project manager coordinated with Hyperion and developed a timeline with the company. We integrated the scheduling needs of other partner vendors to finish the project well before April 1, which was Mitsubishi’s target date.
Transforming Two Blank Walls with More Than 54 Feet of Printed Vinyl
The videos and pictures were designed, produced, and created by Hyperion Studios. Our responsibility was to translate them into stunning, high-definition graphics that wowed customers and visitors, as well as added pizzazz to the space.
We printed seven wall graphics. The main one measured 25’ x 8’. Our technicians installed the graphics at the lobby’s side entrance. An additional “Wave” graphic element came from the right of the main image at 2’ in height and continued down the middle of the wall throughout the length of the hallway for an additional 54’ before making a hard left around the corner for another 22’.
Next, we put together six quarter-inch clear acrylic panels. We printed the second surface (or back side) with images. The panels were stud-mounted off the wall graphic at depths of three and six inches via one-inch barrels with one-inch caps. This display created an attractive look that fits in perfectly with the underlying graphics.
Finally, we produced three 30” wide x 8” deep floating shelves made of glass. They have a thickness of three-eighth-of-an-inch. We installed these products to the left of the primary vinyl graphic.
To get the full effect, you have to stand in front of the wall space. It looks nothing short of breathtaking. Moreover, it is a perfect brand presentation that supports the videos that visitors to the area see. Each style element fits perfectly into its allotted space and connects to another one that continues the message.
